The tallest high-rise 600 Guadalupe is a $325M 66-story multi-family project in downtown Austin, Texas.

Neuhoff is a $550M mixed use campus spread out through four blocks. Block 1 is a 14-story Office with first floor retail. Block 2 is a reuse office and retail. Blocks 3 and 4 are two multifamily apartment residences totaling 542 units. 

A $140M Addition including four new buildings, adding 2,432 beds, design, constructed and turned over in 2 years. 

The ballpark has the capacity for 10,000 fans, including 6,000 fixed seats within the bowl and 14 private suites. The 360-degree main concourse allows for full circulation around the stadium and includes restrooms and concessions, while team amenities include three locker rooms, sports medicine and a batting tunnel.

A $52 million Hospital addition and Century Utility Plant (CUP) Replacement at the Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) Air Force Base in Eustis, VA.

This new addition required the demolition of existing athletic offices that were directly attached to the Bramlage Coliseum. After the demolition of the offices, the new south end zone addition tied the north Bramlage Coliseum concourse to the new Shamrock Zone allowing both basketball and football fans access to a Premium Club with direct access to stadium club and loge seating. This multi-phased project was completed by the start of the 2021 football season.

Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute, located on the Saint Luke's South Hospital campus in Overland Park, Kansas, expertly guides patients along their journey to recovery. ​The 80,000-square foot expansion at Blue Springs South High School was designed 1o accommodate freshmen as the District worked toward reintegrating them with the rest of the high school population. The addition includes classrooms, open collaboration areas, and a lecture stair.
