As levels are coordinated, sign-offs are sent ensuring a proper install for all trades. Through our sign-offs, we hold trades accountable to install their system per our coordinated model. 

Meeting Minutes are posted weekly, shortly after each meeting. Our meeting minutes list clear action items for each trade, following up with each item the next meeting to ensure all conflicts are resolved staying ahead of schedule. 

RFI submission and logging is a priority for us. Within our meeting minutes, we include all active RFIs related to BIM with follow up on each RFI to insure models and shops are up to date. 

Model updates are posted weekly shortly after each meeting for each trade to download and reference their clashes. We also archive all models to back check if needed. 

Schedule updates are sent once per month to reach our projected sign-off dates to ensure your project stays ahead of schedule and below budget.
